Eugene Kim
Vice President, Accounting and Finance

Eugene Kim is responsible for accounting oversight, property performance analysis, investment valuation, and coordinating all tax filings. He joined CNA Enterprises as a CPA with extensive experience in the real estate industry, previously working for public accounting firms with both local and multi-national presence. 

Mr. Kim received his Master’s in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. Mr. Kim also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with a Minor in Accounting from the University of California at Los Angeles. Mr. Kim is a licensed CPA in the state of California and a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
